- Visit a redwood forest (many parks to choose from)

- Wineries (That's right, South Bay wine. Represent!)
- Ride a train in the redwoods, or down to Santa Cruz

Drive North on 101 to wine country but just admire the grapes and stop instead at Hopland and have a Red Tail Ale and lunch at the Hopland Brew Pub
